Driver Killed in Menlo Park Crash on Highway 101 near Marsh Road
Menlo Park, California (September 4, 2019) – A driver was killed early Wednesday morning in a traffic accident in Menlo Park, according to authorities.
The fatal crash happened just before 1:30 a.m. on Highway 101 near Marsh Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a flat-bed truck was hit from the rear by a Honda SUV. The force of the impact caused the Honda to roll over before it came to a rest near the right shoulder.

The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the victim has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
The crash caused the closure of Highway 101 on-ramps from both east- and west-bound Highway 84.
