2 Hospitalized after McFarland Crash on Pond Road near Stradley Avenue
McFarland, California (July 14, 2021) – A McFarland crash involving two vehicles Wednesday morning sent two unidentified people to the hospital, the California Highway Patrol said.
Authorities responded to the scene at approximately 5:55 a.m. on Pond Road near Stradley Avenue.
The accident involved a black Ford F-450 pickup truck and a second vehicle that crashed on the highway for undetermined reasons.
Due to the impact, the pickup truck rolled over and landed on its wheels.
McFarland Car Accident
Two people sustained moderate injuries following the accident. Both men were attended to by paramedics and then taken to Kern Medical Center for further medication.
Officials requested tow trucks to remove both wrecked vehicles away from the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
