Martinez, California (November 13, 2020) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision that happened in Martinez, Contra Costa, on Thursday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 2:56 p.m. November 12, on Pacheco Boulevard near Highway 4.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident. The authorities could not immediately establish the events leading up to the collision.
One person was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated before being transported to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
