Martina Flores Critically Injured in Pedestrian Crash at Elm Avenue and Geneva Avenue in Fresno

Fresno, California (June 23, 2021) – Martina Flores was hospitalized after being struck by a hit-and-run driver nearly two weeks ago at an intersection in Fresno, according to a local news source.
The pedestrian accident took place at about 3:00 p.m. on June 11 at the intersection of Elm and Geneva avenues.
As per the report, Flores was walking on her way home from paying her cell phone bill. She was just blocks away from her home when she was struck by a white four-door Kia while attempting to cross the intersection.

Flores sustained critical injuries and was taken to the Community Regional Medical Center. She was on life support as of Tuesday morning.
The driver of the Kia did not stop to render aid and fled the scene the area. Police are still searching for the hit-and-run suspect.
