At Least 1 Severely Hurt in Marin Motorcycle Accident at Nicasio Valley and Point Reyes Roads

Marin, California (August 12, 2019) – At least one person was severely injured after a motorcycle crash at an intersection in the area of Marin, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at about 12:39 p.m. Sunday, August 11, at Nicasio Valley Road and Point Reyes Road.
As per the report, a motorcycle and a Hyundai Accent crashed for reasons still under investigation. The rider was down in the roadway while two persons were pinned inside the Accent following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the crash victims. One person was transported to Marin General Hospital for treatment of facial laceration and other injuries. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately known.
No additional details concerning this crash were provided.
