39-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed in San Bernardino Crash on Lynwood Drive near Golden Avenue
San Bernardino, California (January 14, 2021) – A 39-year-old male pedestrian was hit and killed by a hit and run driver on Wednesday night in San Bernardino, police said.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at about 9:25 p.m., on January 13, on Lynwood Drive near Golden Avenue.
According to the police, a truck was headed eastbound on Lynwood at a high rate of speed when it struck the pedestrian.

Sadly, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved driver fled the scene and is being sought by the police. The vehicle is described as a white, early 2000s Nissan Frontier single-cab pickup. The truck likely has damage to the front passenger side, the officials said.
