Man Dies in San Jose Crash on South White Road
San Jose, California (January 12, 2021) – A man was killed Sunday afternoon in a traffic accident in the Villa East neighborhood in San Jose, according to a local news source.
At around 4:39 p.m. Sunday, January 10, emergency personnel responded to the 400 block of South White Road for a report of a car crash.
According to the authorities, the man was driving a 1997 Dodge Dakota northbound on South White Road when, for unknown reasons, he lost control of the vehicle and sideswiped seven parked vehicles.
The Dodge then veered off the road and struck the front wall of a vacant home.
Deadly Crash on South White Road in San Jose
The driver of the Dodge was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
No further details regarding the collision were immediately provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
