1 Hospitalized after Nestor Car Accident on Grove Avenue and Hollister Street
San Diego, CA: (January 28, 2019) – A man was taken to the hospital after crashing his car into a truck Sunday morning in Nestor neighborhood of San Diego, a local news source reported.
The incident took place at about 11:30 a.m., January, Sunday 27, at Grove Avenue and Hollister Street.
As per the article, police said the man was driving a MINI Cooper when, for unknown reasons, he crashed into a truck, and his vehicle burst into flames.
The driver of the MINI was unable to get out on his own but was helped out by good Samaritans.
Firefighters immediately responded to the scene and put out the flames.
The driver of the MINI sustained minor injuries and was taken to nearby hospital for treatment.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
