Man Hit, Seriously Injured by Hit-and-Run Driver at Nevin Avenue and East Adams Boulevard in South Los Angeles
47-Year-Old Male Pedestrian Hospitalized after South Los Angeles Crash at Nevin Avenue and East Adams Boulevard
South Los Angeles, California (January 12, 2021) – A 47-year-old man was hit and seriously injured after being struck by a hit-and-run driver last week in South Los Angeles, authorities said.
The major injury pedestrian accident happened at about noon on Monday, January 4, near the intersection of Nevin Avenue and East Adams Boulevard.
According to the police, the man was fixing a bicycle when a truck, described as an early 1990s model white Chevrolet, struck him.
The truck was reportedly traveling westbound on Adams Boulevard at the time of the crash.
Man Injured in South Los Angeles Pedestrian Crash
The pedestrian sustained major injuries in the accident.
The involved driver fled the scene and is being sought by the police.
