Man Killed in South Los Angeles Pedestrian Crash on Main and 84th Streets
South Los Angeles, California (April 25, 2021) – A male pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle on Saturday night in South Los Angeles, authorities said.
The deadly pedestrian accident transpired at about 9:40 p.m., on April 24, on Main and 84th Streets.
According to the police, a vehicle was headed northbound on Main Street when it hit the male pedestrian, who was walking westbound on the roadway outside the crosswalk.
Sadly, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
