Mamikon Gambaryan Hit, Killed by Vehicle on Coldwater Canyon Avenue in North Hollywood
North Hollywood, California (April 25, 2021) – The Los Angeles Coroner’s Office has disclosed the identity of a pedestrian who died after being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday evening in North Hollywood.
The fatal pedestrian accident happened in the 6200 block of Coldwater Canyon Avenue between Oxnard Street and Victory Boulevard at about 8:10 p.m. April 21.
65-year-old Mamikon Gambaryan, a resident of Valley Glen, was walking in the area when he was struck by a vehicle.
Gambaryan died at the scene of the accident, according to the coroner’s office.
Information about the motorist was not immediately provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
