Madera County, CA: 3-Car Crash at Avenue 12 and Road 34 1/2, December 12
22-Year-Old Man Injured in Madera County Car Accident at Avenue 12 and Road 34 1/2 Thursday night

Madera County, California (December 13, 2019) – One driver was injured Thursday night in a three-vehicle crash involving a Madera County sheriff’s deputy in Madera County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday, December 12 at Avenue 12 and Road 34 1/2.
The CHP said the deputy was driving on the roadway when for an undetermined reason, he failed to notice two vehicles ahead of him and crashed into the rear of a Dodge Caravan, which then struck a Nissan Sentra.

The driver of the Dodge, only identified as a 22-year-old man, complained of leg pain after crash. The 23-year-old driver of the Nissan and the officer were uninjured.
All three cars sustained significant damage as a result of the crash.
Alcohol or drugs were not considered factors in the accident.
The crash is currently being investigated by CHP.
