Lucerne Valley, California (April 8, 2021) – A two-vehicle collision has claimed the life of a Hispanic man Wednesday night at an intersection in Lucerne Valley, authorities said.
The deadly crash was reported at around 7:10 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, at the intersection of State Route 247 and Selmadolph Street.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a pick-up truck collided with a semi-tractor hauling a trailer at the Lucerne Valley intersection.
Deadly 2-Vehicle Accident in Lucerne Valley
Emergency personnel responded to the crash and pronounced the driver of the pick-up truck dead at the scene at 7:26 p.m. His name has not been released pending notification of family.
