Major Injuries Sustained in Lost Hills Car Crash on Highway 46 near Dudley Avenue
Lost Hills, California (July 8, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a Lost Hills car crash that happened Sunday afternoon on Highway 46.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the major injury accident happened at about 3:27 p.m. just east of Dudley Avenue.
CHP said a white pickup truck and a Ford sedan collided for unknown reasons. One of the vehicles overturned in the crash. An occupant of that vehicle was trapped inside, and parties were attempting to upright it.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and blocked traffic in both directions.
Major injuries were sustained in the crash, according to the paramedic’s report. The number of the victims was, however, not mentioned.
The crash is under an active investigation.
