Santa Monica Police Officer Hospitalized after Los Angeles Accident on Northbound 101 at 110 Interchange
Los Angeles, California (February 2, 2020) – A Santa Monica police officer was hospitalized after being involved in a motorcycle crash early Tuesday morning in Los Angeles.
Police responded to the crash site at about 5:18 a.m. on the Northbound 101 transition road to the Southbound 110.
It was not immediately established how the officer, who was riding a motorcycle, crashed along the highway in the morning hours.
Los Angeles Motorcycle Collision Injures Police Officer
Paramedics rushed the rider to an area hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
