Los AngelesCalifornia (March 4, 2021) – An alleged hit-and-run pedestrian accident that occurred in Los Angeles last week on Friday evening resulted in the death of a 60-year-old woman.

The February 26 deadly crash took place along Glenoaks Boulevard, north of Vinedale Avenue, at about 7:40 p.m.

The Los Angeles Police Department said the female party was hit by a northbound 2001 Toyota Camry while crossing eastbound on Glenoaks Boulevard.

Los Angeles Collision Left Pedestrian Dead

Sadly, the unidentified pedestrian died at the scene after being struck by two other dark-colored SUVs.

Officials affirmed the Toyota operator remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation while the other motorists escaped without rendering aid to the deceased woman.

The wreck resulted in the closure of Glenoaks Boulevard for an unknown time.
