Los Angeles, CA: Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 5
1 Injured in Los Angeles Crash on Interstate 5 Freeway at 4th Street
Los Angeles, California (February 5, 2021) – One person was injured Friday morning in a traffic accident near downtown Los Angeles, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The three-vehicle crash took place at around 10:33 a.m. on the northbound side of Interstate 5 Freeway at 4th Street.
The CHP said the collision involved a green Honda Accord, a white Edison truck, and a white Acura. Details on what led up to the accident were not immediately available.
One patient was transported to a local hospital in an unknown condition.
The No. 2 and 3 lanes of the freeway were closed due to the crash. One of the damaged vehicles was towed from the crash site, according to the CHP.
The crash remains under investigation.
