42-Year-Old Lorena Gallardo Killed in Lancaster Car Accident at 90th Street and East Avenue E
Lancaster, California (July 23, 2019) – 42-year-old Lorena Gallardo of Torrance, has been identified as one of the two victims killed in a traffic collision in Lancaster Friday morning.
The fatal collision, which was reported at about 11:35 a.m. July 22, occurred at 90th Street and East Avenue E.
As per the Los Angeles County Fire Department report, the accident happened when a tractor-trailer truck and a car collided near the intersection for unknown reasons. Due to the impact, three people were trapped inside one of the involved vehicles.

Gallardo, who was a passenger in one of the involved vehicles, was pronounced dead at the scene. A driver identified as 45-year-old Norma Murillo Velasquez, of, Lancaster was also pronounced dead following the wreck.
Two other people sustained severe injuries while another victim suffered minor hurts in the accident. They were all transported to a hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, the crash remains under an active investigation.
