22-Year-Old Long Beach Man Killed in Long Beach Motorcycle Crash on Atlantic Avenue and 59th Street

Long Beach, California (April 18, 2021) – A 22-year-old Long Beach male motorcyclist was killed after crashing his motorcycle into a building in Long Beach on Saturday, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 11:00 p.m., at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and 59th Street.
According to the officials, a 2009 Yamaha RZF-R6 motorcycle, operated by the Long Beach man, was traveling northbound on Atlantic Avenue from South Street when it lost control and crashed into the building.
Man Dies after Long Beach Motorcycle Crash
The Long Beach man was injured in the accident and was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Speed is believed to have been a factor but it was not clear if intoxication played a role in the accident, the police said.
