Man Hospitalized after Long Beach Pedestrian Crash at Anaheim Street and Obispo Avenue
Long Beach, California (May 3, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Monday morning hit-and-run accident that left a male pedestrian seriously injured in Long Beach.
The major injury pedestrian accident occurred at about 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of Anaheim Street and Obispo Avenue.
According to the officials, a vehicle struck the male pedestrian at the intersection in unclear circumstances.

The pedestrian sustained major injuries to his upper and lower body and was hospitalized for treatment.
The involved driver fled the scene of the accident. He later returned and was arrested for suspicion of hit-and-run and driving under the combined influence of alcohol and drugs.
