Major Injuries Sustained in Sunday Evening Long Beach Motorcycle Accident
Long Beach, California (June 8, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a major injury motorcycle accident that happened Sunday evening on a freeway in Long Beach.
As per the CHP, a white Mercedes collided with a motorcycle at about 6:10 p.m. on the Cherry Avenue on-ramp to northbound 405 Freeway.
Firefighters and Long Beach Police Department officers responded to the scene.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the accident. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to take the patient to the hospital.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
