Motorcyclist Hurt in Loleta Accident on Highway 101

Loleta, California (May 3, 2021) – A male motorcyclist was injured in an alleged hit-and-run collision in Loleta Friday afternoon, April 30.
The motorcycle crash took place on U.S. Route 101 near the Loleta Drive offramp just about 4:30 p.m.
A male party riding a motorcycle was hit by a vehicle on the southbound side of the roadway for undetermined reasons.
Due to the impact, the motorcyclist was ejected and crashed into the center divider.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, the unidentified rider sustained minor injuries following the collision.
Meanwhile, the involved motorist did not stop to render aid and fled the crash site.
The April 30 crash remains under investigation.
