Logan Edwards ID’d as 17-Year-Old Teen Killed in Moreno Valley Crash at Bay Avenue and Day Street
Moreno Valley, California (May 31, 2021) – Logan Edwards, 17, of Winchester, has been identified as the teen who was killed in a Wednesday afternoon traffic accident in Moreno Valley, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 3:10 p.m., on May 26, at Bay Avenue and Day Street.
According to the officials, a 2014 Toyota Corolla was headed eastbound on Bay Avenue when it failed to stop for a stop sign. The Toyota entered the intersection and crashed into Edwards’ 2012 Ford Edge.

Sadly, Edwards was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Corolla suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Riverside University Medical Center for treatment.
Day Street was closed between Brill Road and Sherman Avenue for several hours due to the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
