Lodi, CA: Major Multi-Vehicle Crash at West Lane and E Armstrong Road
1 Seriously Injured in Lodi Multi-Car Accident at West Lane and E Armstrong Road
Lodi, California (June 15, 2020) – One person was severely hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Sunday afternoon at an intersection in Lodi, as per a California Highway Patrol log.
CHP said three vehicles collided at about 4:24 p.m., where West Lane and E Armstrong Road meet.
Emergency crews responding to the scene found a black Mazda6, a Lexus and a Honda Civic blocking the northbound lane of West Lane.
One person sustained a skull fracture and major spine injuries in the accident. The victim was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
A dog in the Honda was taken to the animal control in unknown condition.
Officers closed the intersection as they investigated the wreck.
At least two of the cars were towed away with crash damage. The Mazda6 acquired right-front axle damage.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
