Man Killed in Livermore Car Crash on Isabel Avenue and E. Jack London Boulevard

Livermore, California (May 30, 2019) – One person was killed in a collision between a vehicle and a big rig early Thursday morning in Livermore, according to the Livermore police.
The collision occurred at about 3 a.m. at the intersection of Isabel Avenue and E. Jack London Boulevard.
Police said a man driving a 2015 Kia crashed into the back of a tractor trailer for unknown reasons.

The Kia driver, whose identity was not revealed, was killed in the crash.
The driver of the big rig was unhurt.
The crash caused a closure of the northbound lanes of Isabel Avenue for close to five hours as officials examined the scene.
The cause of the accident remained under investigation.
