Lisa Lipman ID’d as Suspect Arrested after Fatal Toluca Lake Pedestrian Crash on Lankershim Boulevard

Toluca Lake, California (January 7, 2021) – Lisa Lipman, 59, of Santa Monica, has been identified as the suspect who was arrested after a traffic accident that killed a pedestrian last week in Toluca Lake, police said.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at about 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30, on Lankershim Boulevard.
According to the officials, Ida Feller, 85, of Toluca Lake was walking across the roadway in a marked crosswalk when a vehicle, driven by Lipman, struck her.
Lipman was reportedly turning from Moorpark Street onto Lankershim Boulevard at the time of the accident.

Ida Feller was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Lipman fled the scene but was later arrested. She was released the day of her arrest on $50,000 bail.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
