Major Injuries Sustained in Lindsay Car Collision on Highway 137 near Road 180
Lindsay, California (September 13, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a big rig collision that happened Friday morning in Lindsay.
Authorities said a big rig and a pickup truck collided head-on at about 8:44 a.m. on Highway 137, just west of Road 180.
The semi ended up in a field, and the pickup was blocking the roadway after the impact.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that major injuries were sustained in the accident.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the scene.
