Pedestrian Hospitalized after Chula Vista Crash on Fourth Avenue
Chula Vista, California (September 5, 2019) – A pedestrian was hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle near the Lilian J. Rice Elementary School on Wednesday morning in Chula Vista.
The incident happened at about 9:45 a.m. September 4, near Fourth Avenue and L Street.
According to a local news source, an employee of the school was in the crosswalk trying to cross the street to the school when an SUV hit her.
The victim was transported to a hospital by ambulance. There was no update on the victim’s condition.
