1 Killed in Lancaster Crash on Highway 14 near Avenue D

Lancaster, California (November 5, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a deadly crash that left one person dead on Tuesday afternoon in the area of Lancaster.
The crash happened at around 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, November 5, on northbound Highway 14, just south of West Avenue D.
As per the CHP officials, three cars described as a white Toyota Prius, a Dodge and a Toyota sedan crashed for reasons still under investigation.
Responding emergency crews along with medical personnel responded to the crash site and confirmed one person dead following the collision.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately released awaiting notification of family.
It was not immediately known if any other person suffered injuries in the collision.
An investigation is ongoing.
