2 Killed, 3 Injured in Lancaster Car Accident Near 90th Street and East Avenue E
Lancaster, California (July 19, 2019) – Two people were killed and three others hurt in a traffic accident involving a car and a big rig in Lancaster Friday morning.
The fatal crash was reported at about 11:35 a.m. July 19, in the area of 90th Street and East Avenue E.
Los Angeles County Fire Department indicated that the accident involved a tractor-trailer and a car which collided at the intersection for reasons still under investigation. Due to the impact, three people were trapped inside one of the involved vehicles.

Paramedics, along with the firefighters, arrived at the scene shortly after the accident and extricated the three victims from the wreckage.
Two victims were pronounced dead at the scene following the crash. Two other people sustained severe injuries while another victim suffered minor hurts in the accident.
The identities of the deceased and the injured parties have not yet been released to this time.
The crash remains under an active investigation.
