Man Seriously Injured in Lamont Bicycle Crash on Habecker Road near Bonita Road
Lamont, California (April 13, 2020) – A man was seriously hurt in a bicycle accident that occurred on Sunday evening in Lamont, according to the CHP.
The crash happened at about 5:45 p.m. April 13, on Habecker Road, just south of Bonita Road.
According to the report, a man was riding a suspected stolen dirt bike southbound on Habecker Road when he collided with a pickup that was pulling into a driveway.
Bicycle Rider Hurt in Lamont Bicycle Crash
The rider, who was not wearing a helmet, sustained major injuries and was taken to Kern Medical.
No further details were released.
The crash is under investigation.
