Man Killed in Lake Forest Car Crash at Muirlands Boulevard and Entrados Drive
Lake Forest, California (April 22, 2019) – One man was killed in a collision involving three vehicles in Lake Forest on Sunday evening.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, the wreck happened at Muirlands Boulevard and Entrados Drive around 7:35 p.m. April 21.
The report showed that a Jeep, a Toyota sedan and a Ford truck were involved. A preliminary investigation found that the Jeep was trying to cross Muirlands Boulevard and its driver failed to yield to oncoming vehicles. The Jeep collided with the two vehicles and rolled over.

The male driver of the Jeep was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man who had been driving the Toyota was transported to a hospital with unknown injuries.
There were no other injuries in the incident.
The authorities are working to find out the cause of the crash.
