Child Hospitalized after Lake Elsinore Pedestrian Accident on Tereticornis Avenue near 11th Street
Lake Elsinore, California (January 8, 2021) – A child was hit and injured by a vehicle on Friday afternoon in Lake Elsinore, authorities said.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 1:05 p.m. in the 18300 block of Tereticornis Avenue, near 11th Street.
The child was reportedly struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and found the child conscious and responsive.

The child was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
It was not clear if the involved driver remained at the crash site.
The crash remains under investigation.
