Laila Gerczak and David Gerczak Injured in Car Crash at Indian Trail and Lear Avenue in Twentynine Palms
Twentynine Palms, California (December 14, 2019) – 59-year-old Laila Gerczak and 68-year-old David Gerczak have been identified as the people who were seriously injured in Twentynine Palms on Thursday morning, December 12.
The accident happened on Indian Trail at Lear Avenue, according to a local news source.
31-year-old Valerie Jean-Louis was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe westbound on Indian Trail when she reportedly failed to observe a stop sign at the intersection and crashed into a Ford F-150 pickup truck that was traveling southbound on Lear Avenue.
The impact of the collision caused the pickup truck to overturn.
Laila and David who were riding in the pickup truck were seriously injured in the accident and were transported to Desert Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Jean-Louis was hospitalized with minor injuries.
