Motorcyclist Injured in Lafayette Accident on Highway 24 near Happy Valley Road
Lafayette, California (March 21, 2019) – A motorcyclist was injured in a traffic accident in Lafayette Thursday morning, according to a local news source.
The crash happened at around 7:34 a.m. on Highway 24, just east of Happy Valley Road.

As per the report, a red Honda Accord collided with a motorcycle for an undetermined reason on the westbound Highway 24, just west of Walnut Creek. The bike went down in the No. 1 lane after the impact.
Paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to the motorcycle rider who was suffering from a leg injury. It was not immediately clear if the victim was transported to the hospital for further treatment.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the wreck.
