1 Injured in Lafayette Car Crash on Highway 24 near Acalanes Road
Lafayette, California (January 5, 2021) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident in Lafayette on Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of Highway 24 near Acalanes Road at about 7:44 a.m. January 4.
A vehicle was traveling on the roadway when it crashed into a power pole. The impact of the collision caused the vehicle to overturn, trapping one person inside the vehicle.
One person was transported to John Muir Walnut Creek with minor injuries.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the accident.
