La Verne, CA: 1 Injured in Car Crash on Interstate 210 at Fruit Street Off-Ramp
1 Sustains Minor Injuries in La Verne Collision on Interstate 210 near Fruit Street Off-Ramp
La Verne, California (April 19, 2021) – One person was injured in a car accident that took place Sunday afternoon in La Verne, the California Highway Patrol said.
Two vehicles collided at around 1:13 p.m. on eastbound Interstate 210 at the Fruit Street off-ramp.
A gray Toyota Sienna and a tan Dodge Ram pickup truck collided for unknown reasons.
Los Angeles County Fire Department officials responded to the scene and blocked the No. 3 lane.
According to the firefighters, one person sustained minor injuries and complained of pain. The patient was treated at the scene and transported to a hospital for further evaluation.
Both vehicles were towed away from the collision scene.
CHP is investigating the accident.
