75-Year-Old Kim Nguyen Hospitalized after Rialto Pedestrian Crash on S Riverside Avenue
Rialto, California (September 29, 2019) – An elderly woman was hospitalized after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Friday night in Rialto, according to police.
The crash was reported at about 9:12 p.m. September 27, in the 900 block of S Riverside Avenue.
Police said Kim Nguyen, 75, was walking across Riverside Avenue when a southbound Toyota struck her and fled the scene.

Nguyen was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment of severe injuries.
Police said the vehicle is suspected to be a 1999-2000 Toyota Solara according to evidence located at the scene.
