86-Year-Old Karim Ozlati Injured in Petaluma Multi-Vehicle Accident on Lakeville Highway at Stage Gulch Road
Petaluma, California (December 4, 2019) – Karim Ozlati, 86, of Sonoma was seriously Injured in a traffic accident in Petaluma Tuesday afternoon, a local news source reported.
The crash was reported at around 12:47 p.m. December 3, on Lakeville Highway at Stage Gulch Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Ozlati was driving a blue Toyota Camry on Stage Gulch Road when she tried to turn onto southbound Lakeville Highway and was hit by a northbound tractor-trailer combination. The big rig then collided with a southbound white Acura RSX.
The big rig drifted off the side of the road and crashed into an old wood structure.

Ozlati was transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the Camry was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The big rig driver was unhurt.
The crash remains under investigation by the CHP.
