Jurupa Valley, California (July 22, 2021) – A driver died following a traffic collision in Jurupa Valley Tuesday evening, a local news source reported.
The fatal head-on crash happened near the intersection of Castellano Road and Rubidoux Boulevard at about 5:10 p.m. on July 20
The accident happened when, for unknown reasons, a Ford Ranger heading northbound on Rubidoux lost control and slammed into a fence.
The Ford then swerved into southbound lanes, where it crashed head-on with a big rig.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department report, the pickup motorist died in the accident.
Meanwhile, the unidentified truck operator was rushed to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
