Julie Arellano ID’d as Woman Killed in Lake Elsinore Car Accident at Highway 74 and Riverside Street
Lake Elsinore, California (July 11, 2020) – Authorities have identified the woman who died in a traffic accident Saturday morning in Lake Elsinore as Julie Cruz Arellano, 28, of Lake Elsinore.
The deadly three-vehicle collision happened at around 6:45 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 74 and Riverside Street.
Three vehicles were reportedly involved in the crash. There were no specific details about what led up to the collision.

Arellano was trapped in one of the vehicles and was extricated by emergency responders. She was pronounced dead at the scene at around 7:23 a.m.
One other person was evaluated at the scene by medical personnel but declined transportation to the hospital for further treatment.
Following the accident, Highway 74 between Hammock Avenue and Trellis Lane was closed for an unknown period.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
