Jonathan Torres ID’d as Man Injured in Pacific Beach Pit Bull Dog Attack near Grand Avenue and Hornblend Street

San Diego, California (November 13, 2019) – Jonathan Torres has been identified as the man who was injured after being bitten by two pit bulls while walking with his labrador Monday in Pacific Beach, according to a local news source.
The incident happened Monday, November 11 near Grand Avenue and Hornblend Street.
Police said Torres and his dog were walking when they were attacked by two pit bulls.
Torres sustained bites to his head and arms. Authorities said Torres declined transportation and instead took himself and his dog to a hospital.
The two American Pit Bull Terriers were impounded and the owner will be charged for attack.
The incident remains under investigation.
