San Diego, California (October 9, 2020) – A 55-year-old woman was seriously injured in an alleged DUI accident on Thursday night in San Diego, authorities said.
The major injury two-vehicle accident transpired shortly before 9:15 p.m., on October 8, at the intersection of 32nd Street and Imperial Avenue, just west of Interstate 15.
According to the police, a 2007 Toyota Corolla, driven by John Sanders, 28, traveling westbound on Imperial Avenue when it collided with a southbound 2018 Honda Civic, driven by a 19-year-old man.

The 55-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the Honda, was seriously injured and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Sanders was arrested on suspicion of DUI, according to the officials.
