Joel Stevens ID’d as Orangevale Teenager Killed in Fair Oaks Car Crash at Hazel Avenue and Madison Avenue
Fair Oaks, California (December 2, 2020) – Joel Stevens, 17, of Orangevale, has been identified as the teenager who was killed in a Monday night traffic accident in Fair Oaks, police said.
The deadly single-vehicle accident happened at about 10:00 p.m., on November 30, near Hazel Avenue and Madison Avenue.
According to the authorities, a vehicle, driven by Stevens, crashed into a fire hydrant, launching it on top of a group of electrical boxes.

Sadly, Stevens sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
Speed was suspected of having played a role in the accident.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
