Jack Fisher Hit, Killed by Vehicle on Interstate 10 in Cabazon
Jack Fisher ID’d as Man Killed in Cabazon Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 10 near Haugen-Lehmann Way Off-Ramp
Cabazon, California (December 18, 2020) – The Riverside County Coroner’s Office has identified the pedestrian who died after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning near Cabazon as Jack Fisher, 22, of Los Angeles.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at around 3:35 a.m. Wednesday, December 16, on Interstate 10, just west of the Haugen-Lehmann Way exit.
Fisher was hit by a vehicle while crossing the middle lanes of the Interstate. Authorities believed that Fisher might have intentionally run into traffic before he was struck by the vehicle.
Fisher was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured and stopped at the scene to cooperate with the police.
The crash remains under investigation.
