Irwindale, California (February 9, 2021) – One person died following an alleged hit-and-run collision in Irwindale Tuesday morning.
The fatal crash took place on Irwindale Avenue, near the Foothill (210) Freeway overpass, at about 5:30 a.m.
An individual was reportedly struck by a vehicle, in the northbound lanes of the highway, whose driver fled the scene.
The unidentified victim died at the hospital while undergoing treatment for critical injuries.
The Irwindale Police Department is still investigating to locate the hit-and-run-suspect.
