Inglewood Man Dies after Being Pinned Between 2 Trailers at Industrial Company on Terminal Island in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, California (August 6, 2020) – A 40-year-old Inglewood man was killed Wednesday morning in an industrial accident on Terminal Island in Los Angeles, according to authorities.

The deadly accident occurred shortly before 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, August 5 at an industrial transportation company located in the 300 block of South Ferry Street.

Authorities said the man was pinned between two trailers for unknown reasons.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and attempted to save the man.

Despite life-saving measures, the man did not survive his injuries and was declared dead at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.

No further details about the accident were immediately provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
