Man Killed in Inglewood Motorcycle Accident at La Brea Avenue and Hardy Street

Inglewood, California (July 13, 2019) – A male party was killed in a Pocket Bike collision in the area of Inglewood Friday afternoon.
The tragic collision occurred just before noon, July 12, in the area of La Brea Avenue and Hardy Street.
The accident happened when a Kia Sportage collided with a man who was riding a Pocket Bike at the intersection for unknown reasons. The initial report indicated that the male party was traveling north on La Brea Avenue while the Kia was moving east on Hardy Street at the time of the collision.

The operator of the pocket bike was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics following the crash. His identity has not yet been disclosed to this time.
The driver of the Kia Sportage was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The fatal crash remains under an active investigation.
