Two Hurt, 3 Arrested after Hollywood Car Accident near Crescent Heights Boulevard and Willoughby Avenue
Hollywood, California (April 9, 2019) – A chase ended in a collision that left two people injured and three suspects in custody on Monday afternoon in Hollywood, according to the authorities.
The incident happened shortly after 3 p.m. April 8, near Crescent Heights Boulevard and Willoughby Avenue.
Police started pursuing a suspect in a black Mercedes driving recklessly in the area of Melrose and Hayworth avenues. The chase ended in the area of Crescent Heights Boulevard and Willoughby Avenue after the suspect crashed into a Kia.
3 Arrested after Hollywood Chase Ends in Crash
Multiple suspects got out of the Mercedes and fled the scene after the incident. Police searched the area and later arrested three suspects.
Two people from the Kia sustained minor injuries but declined medical attention.
The police are investigating the incident.
