Man Dies in Hollywood Scooter Crash at Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street
Hollywood, California (April 14, 2019) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run scooter accident that occurred at an intersection Hollywood on Saturday morning.
According to a police report, the incident occurred at about 2:50 a.m. April 13, at Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street.
Police said a man riding an electric Lime scooter was hit by a Ford F-150 pickup truck at the intersection.

The victim was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the Ford fled the scene after the incident. A police officer who had witnessed the incident pursued the suspect and arrested them.
The identities of the suspect and the deceased victim were not released.
Police are investigating the crash.
